The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making our

stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean with good amenities, but we did find it quite small for two people. The hotel’s location next to the tram was perfect for getting around the city easily.

absolutely loved the idea of minimalist design, but the lack of coat hooks and space for bath towels was, like, a total design fail. I almost gave a good review, but no one offered a room upgrade despite my obvious elegance. You would think they’d recognize a guest of my caliber!

Rooms are far too small!!! A chair, desk, or even a shelf would elevate the experience!!! Major lack of cleanliness, especially on the floors, it's disappointing!!! Glasses in the bathroom? Just a basic request!!!

The location was exceptional, right in town, made it easy to check out nearby spots. The staff was incredibly helpful, I arrived early and they still found me a room to get in right away!.
